This is a plant in my backyard. One Sunday morning I was stepping out of my house when I saw the light hitting the blossom and I immediately got my Nikon and took three pictures of it.This was the best of the bunch.
Great Blue Heron
I was watching the bay one afternoon,when this great blue heron landed on a pergola no more than four feet away from me. I just happened to be at the right place at the right time.
